2. Timeframe: You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return your product.

details. We will provide instructions on how to return your item. 
Refunds 
1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status 
of your refund. 
2. Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your 
original method of payment within 10 business days. 
3. Non-refundable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods and sale items, are 
non-refundable. 
Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please 
contact us with your order details. 
Shipping Costs 
1. Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an 
item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
