1. About these Terms

1.1 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.gigo.co.in (the "Website") and any purchase you make from it.

1.2 The Website is owned and operated by GIKI PETHARMONY INDIA LLP, a business registered in India with its principal place of business at 28/226, Om Shree chs, Unnat Nagar 4, MG Road, Goregaon West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400062, GSTIN 27ABAFG7758A1ZH ("GIGO", "we", "us", "our").

1.3 By browsing the Website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1.4 We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order, and it governs that order.

2. Who can order

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

2.2 You agree to give accurate, current and complete information when ordering, including a correct delivery address and a reachable phone number. Orders that cannot be delivered because of incorrect details may be returned to us under Section 9 of our Refund Policy.

3. Our products

3.1 GIGO sells cat care products, including cat litter, catnip, dental chew sticks and scratching mats, for use by domestic cats as described on each product page.

3.2 Our products are natural and may vary slightly in colour, texture, scent or granule size between batches. Product photographs are indicative; packaging may change from time to time without notice.

3.3 Always read the product label and any directions before use. Our products are not medicines, are not a substitute for veterinary advice, and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

3.4 Supervise your cat with any new product, particularly edible items such as chew sticks and catnip, and introduce them gradually. If you have any concern about your cat's health, consult a veterinarian.

4. Prices and payment

4.1 All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The amount payable is the amount shown at checkout for your order.

4.2 Prices, pack sizes and product availability may change without notice. We are not obliged to honour a price shown in error.

4.3 We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery (COD) in eligible pin codes.

4.4 Where payment is made online, your payment is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Orders and acceptance

5.1 Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept your order, which happens when we dispatch it. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; it is not acceptance.

5.2 We may refuse or cancel an order where the product is out of stock, the delivery address is not serviceable, the order appears fraudulent, or the price or product details were listed in error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

6.1 You may cancel an order free of charge within 15 minutes of placing it.

6.2 You may return unused items within 15 days of receiving your order, and GIGO pays the return shipping.

6.3 Cancellation, return and refund terms are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Shipping and delivery

7.1 We currently ship within India only.

7.2 Delivery timelines, shipping charges, COD availability and serviceable areas are set out in our Shipping Policy and on our Delivery page. Timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

7.3 Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Your use of the Website

8.1 You agree not to misuse the Website. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, interfering with its operation, scraping or bulk-copying its content, uploading malicious code, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

8.2 You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

9. Intellectual property

9.1 The GIGO name, logo, product names, photographs, copy, page designs and other content on the Website are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Sharing a link to our pages is always welcome.

10. Reviews and content you submit

10.1 If you submit a review, comment or image, you confirm that it is your own genuine experience of the product, that it does not contain unlawful, misleading or defamatory content, and that you have the right to share it.

10.2 You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use the content you submit on our Website, social media and marketing, with your first name as shown. You can ask us to remove it at any time by writing to us.

10.3 We may decline to publish, or remove, any content that breaches this section. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning.

10.4 We do not create, purchase or publish reviews that are not from genuine customers.

11. Limitation of liability

11.1 Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11.2 Subject to that, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11.3 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss arising from a delay caused by a courier partner, a payment provider or an event beyond our reasonable control.

11.4 We are not liable for any harm arising from use of a product contrary to its label or directions, or from failing to follow veterinary advice.

12. Indemnity

12.1 You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or content you submit.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

13.2 Subject to Section 14, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your order.

14. Complaints and dispute resolution

14.1 If you have a complaint about an order, a delivery or a refund, contact us first — most issues are resolved within a few messages:

14.2 We acknowledge every complaint within 48 business hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.

14.3 If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it in writing to our Grievance Officer:

14.4 Nothing in this section prevents you from approaching a consumer forum, the National Consumer Helpline, or any other authority available to you under Indian law.
